The Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 Coupe exhibits the refined, sophisticated level of performance characteristic of Chrysler-brand SRT vehicles.

'While a Chrysler SRT vehicle doesn't need to be overt or in-your-face, the signature SRT performance is always there, but in a more subtle presentation,' said Dan Knott, Director - Street and Racing Technology. 'The 2006 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 inspires confidence because it has the performance capability to excel on the street or the track.'

Powertrain

The 2006 Crossfire SRT6 performance story starts with a hand-built 3.2-liter supercharged V-6 engine boasting 330 horsepower (246 kW) and 310 lb-ft of torque.

The 18-valve V-6 engine features a helical supercharger supplied by IHI and a water-to-air intercooler that helps deliver a relatively flat torque curve, delivering 90 percent of peak torque from 2,300 to 6,200 rpm. It also features a unique SRT engine cover. Combusted gases are routed through a performance-tuned exhaust system.
