Praised by the independent automotive press, the 1 Series M Coupe in its standard form offers a high level of motorsport atmosphere. Now, AC Schnitzer debuted its line of accessories for the 1 M Coupe that eliminate compromises resulting from mass production and add typical ACS touches to the design of the car.

AC Schnitzer has developed a new and even sportier-tuned suspension which lowers the vehicle by 0.4 or 0.8 inches (10 or 20 mm). This suspension kit will complete the aerodynamic package currently under development. These aerodynamic upgrades include a new front lip, rear diffuser, and roof spoiler and are scheduled to appear within a few weeks. A complete range of light alloy rims are available in many different designs and sizes. The largest wheels are fitted with 235/30 R20 tires at the front and 295/25 R20 tires at the rear.

When it comes to brakes, ACS sticks to the "less is more" motto. The high performance brake system ensures stable deceleration even under extended use and extreme heat, and - although generously dimensioned - saves 8.8 lbs (4 kg) of weight.

For the interior of the 1 Series M Coupe a large program consisting of exclusive accessories made from high quality materials is available and consists of various gear knobs, aluminum handbrake handle, aluminum cover for i-Drive system controller, aluminum pedal set, aluminum foot rest and velour floor mats.
