Ahead of its launch this summer, the German tuner speedART has already
introduced the first photos of its SP81-R program for the Porsche Boxster.
Engine modifications include a sport exhaust system and an ECU upgrade, which
produce up to an additional 20 hp and 15 lb-ft of torque.
On the design front, the model features an aerodynamic body kit with a front
spoiler, revised side skirts, a rear diffuser, a rear wing and a choice of
either 20- or 21-inch forged alloy wheels. Interior pictures were not released,
but the cabin can be outfitted with a variety of leather and Alcantara
upholstery.
Of course, a variety of sports suspensions and lift systems which raise the
vehicle's ride height when going over speed bumps are also available.
