The Koenigsegg Agera took part in the exclusive Kungsrally (Kings Rally) on
the beautiful island Öland, of the Swedish east coast. The car was driven by
Christian von Koenigsegg and team boss Picko Troberg. Both drivers where dressed
up in Pickos Racings customary black and yellow livery.
All in all the
trip including the Rally was 638 miles (1027 km) and the final stretch to home
base in Ängelholm was partially conducted in one of the heaviest down pours that
has flooded southern Sweden in recent history.
The Agera performed brilliantly and
even got to show its off-road capabilities in its hydraulically raised setting
on the various stages, which included grasslands and small rural gravel paths.
"This trip really showed how useable a Koenigsegg supercar car can be, even
when the conditions are far from optimal," Christian von Koenigsegg stated.
