2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible GTC
The 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible GTC is powered by a standard 2.7-liter,
DOHC, 24-valve, V-6 engine that generates 200 horsepower and 190 lb-ft of
torque. The car is equipped with a four-speed automatic transaxle, a
double-wishbone sport suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars and power
four-wheel disc brakes. A low-profile body-color spoiler and 16-inch BladeRunner
aluminum wheels complete the GTC's performance appearance.
In addition to all of the standard features available on the Chrysler Sebring
Convertible, the GTC model has two-tone Ultrahide bucket seats with integrated
seat belts and adjustable head restraints, sporty Camelot instrument panel
bezels, a sport steering wheel and an AM/FM stereo radio with single-disc CD
player.
An optional AM/FM stereo radio with cassette and an in-dash six-disc CD player
is available on the GTC model, along with a premium Infinity speaker system with
150-watt amplifier. Other available options on the 2006 Chrysler Sebring
Convertible GTC include SIRIUS Satellite Radio with a free first-year
subscription, a six-way power driver seat, power four-wheel anti-lock disc
brakes with ABS Plus and low-speed traction control, and a Security Group
package, which includes Sentry Key® engine immobilizer, central power door locks
and security alarm.
2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Touring
A 2.7-liter, DOHC, 24-valve, V-6 engine with a four-speed automatic transaxle
powers the 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Touring. Power-assisted rack-and-
pinion steering, a double-wishbone touring suspension with front and rear
stabilizer bars and four-wheel disc brakes provide improved ride and handling.
Standard features on the Touring model include a black vinyl power convertible
top, fog lamps, 16-inch aluminum Radiation wheels, leather-trimmed seats with
Preferred Suede inserts and manual lumbar, six-way power driver seat, AM/FM
stereo with single-disc CD player, radio controls on the leather-wrapped
steering wheel, power windows with driver's one-touch down feature, power locks,
a leather-wrapped shift knob, an elegant Satin Silver finish on the instrument
panel, compass/temperature display, power trunk lid release, remote keyless
entry and Sentry Key engine immobilizer.
Optional features on the 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Touring include a
black or dark taupe cloth convertible top, automatic-dimming rearview mirror,
automatic temperature control, automatic headlamps, central power locks,
security alarm and HomeLink universal garage door opener. Radio options include
SIRIUS Satellite Radio with a free first-year subscription, an AM/FM radio with
Navigation CD radio system and in-dash six-disc CD player or AM/FM stereo with

The 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited is powered by a standard
2.7-liter, DOHC, 24-valve, V-6 engine with available AutoStick. The car
features power-assisted rack and pinion steering, a double-wishbone touring
suspension, anti-lock four-wheel disc brakes with low-speed traction control and
16-inch chrome-clad BladeRunner aluminum wheels.
Standard features on the Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited include a black or
dark taupe power cloth convertible top, premium Royale leather-trimmed seats
with Preferred Suede inserts, air conditioning, a power driver's seat, power
locks with automatic central locking feature, power windows with driver

traction control, remote keyless entry, Sentry Key engine immobilizer, security
alarm, an AM/FM stereo with single-disc CD player, premium Infinity speaker

Silver Steel is a new exterior color for all 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible
models, joining Linen Gold, Magnesium, Midnight Blue, Inferno Red, Satin Jade,
Graphite, Bright Silver and Brilliant Black. The Sebring Convertible, Sebring
Convertible GTC and Sebring Convertible Touring models are available with a Dark
Taupe over Light Taupe or a Dark Slate Gray interior. The Limited model has an
exclusive Deep Jade over Light Taupe interior scheme for 2006.
Exterior color choices on the Sebring Convertible GTC include the new for 2006
Silver Steel, as well as Bright Silver, Inferno Red, Brilliant Black Crystal and
Magnesium.
