The German tuning company Wheelsandmore released their performance package
for the Ferrari 458 Italia coupe.
The
tuner has raised the serial engine power from 570 hp to 620 hp and torque from 398
lb-ft to around 498 lb-ft. Responsible for this increase is a weight optimized,
handcrafted high-end exhaust system with valve flaps, manifolds and heat
protection covers. The car's ECU needed some upgrading as well in order to take
advantage of the more free-flowing exhaust system. The modified Ferrari 458 is
able to sprint from 0-60 mph in 3.32 seconds.
Wheelsandmore's car
wouldn't be complete without the wheels of course, so they have added forged
multipiece wheels called 6Sporz into the package. The weight-optimized wheels
come in size 9,0x21 at the front and 12,5x21 at the rear, wearing 245/30 R21 and
345/25 R21 Hankook high performance rubber.
